Can I Try Free?
Yes. You can try our resume builder free and finish your resume. If you are happy with this and would like to print, download, or email it then you need
to activate your account for only $19.95. This information
is shown in the introduction page before you
start your resume.
I'm Unable To Access My Resume?
To access your resume you need to sign in. Please make sure your sign in email and password are correct. Password is case
sensitive. Get a password reminder sent to your email.
It may be that your account has now expired. This will be after 28 days of inactivity
if you were trying free, or 12 months if you paid to activate your account.
How Do I Cancel?
There is no need to cancel. If you are trying free then your resume and account
will be deleted after 28 days of inactivity.
If you have paid to activate your account then this will automatically expire
after 12 months. You made a single one-time payment and will not be charged again,
our charges are not recurring.
How Do I Print, Download, or Email My Resume?
To print, download, or email your resume directly from our website:
- Make sure you are signed in.
- Click on the Print, Download, or Email icon/link shown towards the top of the my resume page.
- Follow ALL page instructions.
How Do I Remove Page Headers and Footers When Printing?
Please read ALL the information shown on the main print page.
Where Can I Find Cover Letters?
To download our sample cover letters:
- Make sure you are signed in.
- Click on the Letters icon/link shown towards the top of the
my resume page.
- Follow ALL page instructions.
How Do I Get My Resume On One Page?
To reduce the length of your resume you can try deleting or reducing some of the
information you enter and select the compact template:
- Make sure you are signed in.
- Click on the Template icon/link shown towards the top of the
my resume page.
- Select the compact template.
You can also reduce the size of the font once you download and open the resume using
Microsoft Word.
How Do I Copy and Paste My Resume?
- Make sure you are signed in.
- Click on the Print icon/link shown towards the top of the
my resume page.
- Click on the next Print icon/link shown towards the top of the print page to open a new printable
browser window.
- Within the new printable browser window you should be able to copy and then paste
your resume text.

How Do I Add A New Heading or Section?
- Make sure you are signed in.
- Scroll down and click on the Add New Heading/Section link from the
my resume page.
- Select the compact template.
It's not possible to recover any information that you have previously deleted.
How Do I Change My Sign In Email or Resume Email?
To change your sign in email:
- Make sure you are signed in.
- Click on the My Account link shown towards the top right of the page.
- Scroll down and update your sign in email. Please note that once you have updated
this you will need to use your new email in future to sign in.
To change your resume email:
- Make sure you are signed in.
- Click on the Personal Details link from the my resume
page and update the email address.
How Do I Create More Than One Resume?
It's not possible to create more than one resume per account. You will need to create
a new account using a different sign in email or overwrite your existing resume
content.
How Do I Change My Resume Template?
- Make sure you are signed in.
- Click on the Template link from the my resume page.
- Select and then save your new template.
I'm Having Problems Paying With PayPal?
Please make sure you enter all payment details correctly.
To pay without using your PayPal account:
- On the PayPal payment screen click on the ‘Continue’ link shown after the ‘Don't
have a PayPal account’ heading.
- Complete your payment details.
- Click on the ‘Continue without logging in’ link shown under the login section.
How Do I Email My Resume and Cover Letter Together?
It’s not possible to email your resume and cover letter at the same time using our
website. We recommend that you use your own email software such as Outlook or Hotmail
to write your cover letter as the content of your email and then attach your downloaded
resume to that email.
I Have Paid But My Account Has Not Yet Been Activated?
It normally takes just a few seconds after payment for your account to be activated.
However, PayPal can sometimes delay informing us that you have successfully paid
and in this rare instance it could take several hours.
How Do I Sort My Jobs?
Jobs are automatically sorted by our resume builder in order of most recent first.
This is the nature of a chronological resume and cannot be changed.
