can i try free


yes. you can try resume templates free and finish your resume. if you are happy with this and would like to print, download, or email it then you need to purchase unlimited access for only $19.95. gain access to sample cover letters and create your own personal resume webpage. this information is shown in the introduction page before you start your resume.

i'm unable to access my resume


to access your resume you need to sign in. please make sure your sign in email and password are correct. password is case sensitive. get a password reminder sent to your email.

it may be that your account has now expired. this will be after 28 days of inactivity if you were trying free, or after 12 months if you paid for unlimited access.

how do i cancel


there is no need to cancel. if you are trying free then your resume and account will be deleted after 28 days of inactivity.

if you have paid for unlimited access then this will automatically expire after 12 months. you made a single one-time payment and will not be charged again, our charges are not recurring.

how do i print, download, or email my resume


to print, download, or email your resume directly from our website:

  1. make sure you are signed in
  2. click on the print, download, or email icon/link shown towards the top of the resume builder page
  3. follow all page instructions

how do i remove page headers and footers when printing

where can i find cover letters


to download our sample cover letters:

how do i get my resume on one page


to reduce the length of your resume you can try deleting or reducing some of the information you enter and select the compact template and a smaller size font:

  1. make sure you are signed in
  2. click on the template icon/link shown towards the top of the resume builder page
  3. select the compact template and small font

how do i copy and paste my resume

  1. make sure you are signed in
  2. click on the print icon/link shown towards the top of the resume builder page
  3. click on the open printable resume icon/link shown towards the top of the print page to open a new printable browser window
  4. within the new printable browser window you should be able to select and copy your resume text

how do i add a new heading or section

  1. make sure you are signed in
  2. scroll down and click on the add new heading/section link from the resume builder page

how do i change my sign in email or resume email


to change your sign in email:
  1. make sure you are signed in
  2. click on the my account link shown towards the top right of the page
  3. scroll down and update your sign in email. please note that once you have updated this you will need to use your new email in future to sign in
to change your resume email:

  1. make sure you are signed in
  2. click on the personal setails link from the resume builder page and update the email address

how do i create more than one resume


click on the 'my resumes' link shown at the top right of the page after you have signed in to select, create, copy, or delete a resume.

how do i change resume templates, font styles, or font sizes

  1. make sure you are signed in
  2. click on the template link from the resume builder page
  3. select and then save your new template

i'm having problems paying with paypal


all our payments are processed using paypal. if you are trying to use a card that is not registered with a paypal account then you do not need a paypal account to pay and can simply use your card details. click on the payment screen link where you don't have a paypal account.

you need to make sure the card details you enter are correct and that the name, address, and other contact details you enter are the same as those registered for the payment card.

if you are trying to use a card that is already registered with a paypal account then you must use that paypal account to pay.

if you continue to have problems paying with paypal then it is best you contact paypal direct as they handle all our payments and are the best people to assist with payment problems.

how do i email my resume and cover letter together


it’s not possible to email your resume and cover letter at the same time using our website. we recommend that you use your own email software such as outlook or hotmail to write your cover letter as the content of your email and then attach your downloaded resume to that email.

i have paid but my account has not been updated


it normally takes just a few seconds after payment for your account to be granted unlimited access. however, paypal can sometimes delay informing our systems that you have successfully paid and in this rare instance it could take several hours.

i dont want dates displayed


entries are automatically sorted by date in order of most recent first. this is the nature of a chronological resume and cannot be changed. employers like to see these dates.
